Meetings are typically always held on the 3rd Sunday of each month. The 2009 schedule is listed below. Details are always emailed out a week or more before the actual meeting date. Mark your calendars!

March 15^th at 1pm – Winter and Spring CEP course at Evanston Fire/Police Department

 

April 19^th at 1pm – Annual Chicago Au Pair Soccer Tournament

 

May 17^th at 2pm – Bike McCormick (and Summer CEP)

 

June 21^st at 2pm – Lakefront Bar-b-q (bring a side dish to share)

 

July 19^th at 1pm – Car Wash Fundraiser for KidsFirst

 

Aug. 16^th at 2pm – Mini Golf (cost appx. $5 per person)

 

Sept. 20^th at 2pm – Park Day

 

Oct. 18^th at 2pm – Pumpkin Carving (cost to be determined)

 

Nov. 15^th at 2pm – Thanksgiving Potluck (bring a dish to share)

 

Dec. 13^th (**2^nd Sun. due to holidays**) at 2pm – Holiday Cookie Exchange and Secret Santa gift exchange

 

 

 

Meeting policy:

** Au pairs must attend 10 out of 12 meetings for the year to either (1) get their deposit back when they return home, and/or (2) extend their program year for a longer period of time. You can NOT stay longer or get your deposit back if you miss more than 2 meetings in the year. It is always necessary to check in with your LCC at least once during the course of each month.
